1. Turn Off and Drain the Device:
Disconnect the industrial water dispenser from the electricity.
Drain the water completely. This is usually done from the drain valve at the bottom of the dispenser.
2. Clean the External Surfaces:
Clean the external surfaces of the water dispenser, especially the water taps and the areas where water comes into contact.
Use baking soda or vinegar to clean the dirt and stains on the external surface.
Wipe the external surfaces with a sponge or clean cloth.
3. Clean the Internal Tank and Water Lines:
Fill the water tank with white vinegar or citric acid solution. These materials are effective in breaking down lime and mineral deposits.
Let the solution sit in the tank for a few hours. If the dispenser is very large, you may need to repeat the process several times.
Follow the solution, rinse the tank and water lines with plenty of water.
4. Clean the Faucets and Water Outlets:
Clean the faucets and water outlets with vinegar or a baking soda-lemon mixture. Small brushes are useful for cleaning these small areas of debris.
After cleaning, rinse the faucets several times with clean water.
5. Checking Filters and Other Parts:
If the dispenser has filters, remove them and clean them or replace them if necessary. Filters are important for maintaining water quality and should be replaced regularly.
Check the water line, water pump and other components of the dispenser and clean them if necessary.
6. Deep Cleaning (Ozonation Optional):
Disinfect the inside of the dispenser using the ozone generator. Ozone effectively kills bacteria and microorganisms.
It is important to rinse the dispenser thoroughly after the water dispenser ozonization process so that any traces of ozone gas are completely removed.
7. Refilling and Checking the System:
After all cleaning operations are completed, refill the dispenser with clean water.
Make sure the entire system is working properly by turning on the water dispenser. Check the taste and odor of the water; if you notice any abnormalities, you may need to rinse the system again.
8. Cleaning the Outside:
Clean the area where the water dispenser is located. Outdoor contamination can cause dust and dirt to enter the water dispenser.
Extra Tips:
Cleaning Frequency: Industrial water dispensers should be cleaned more frequently because cleaning is intensive. Deep cleaning is generally recommended every 3-6 months.
Professional Help: If the inside of the dispenser is difficult to access or requires special knowledge for cleaning, you may want to consider getting professional help.
These steps ensure that the industrial water dispenser operates hygienically and efficiently, preserves water quality, and extends the life of the device.
